Info:This proposed modern waterfront residence was sited so as to capture the beautiful views of Gardeners Bay. The challenge for the architect, per the client’s wish list, was to create two distinct facades. The front of the home was to have minimum windows respecting the client’s privacy. In contrast the rear façade, facing the bay, was to be a light whimsical structure clad with a limestone and metal finish, complete with plenty of glass and balconies capped with pergolas.
