- Info:The clients were immediately attracted to their three-acre site replete with an abundance of specimen trees and natural landscaping. The house was sited at the elevated South end of their property and was oriented North overlooking their beautiful site. The house entrance was defined and anchored by a strong box roof entrance portico. The rap around porch creates a stable base and a similar gazebo like structure was placed at the corner of the porch allowing views into the gardens and street. The entire house sits on an elevated stone foundation wall visually creating a strong and stable base for their home while allowing the owners beautiful, Zen like perspective views towards their landscaped site from both the interior and exterior.
