In 2012, we completed a gut renovation of a 1966 Cedar Shake Colonial in Muttontown NY. After considering many different architects we ultimately hired Louis Colalillo. In hindsight we couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the results of our project. Louis is a unique individual. He blends a deep technical knowledge and creative acumen along with a thoughtfulness in working with the many different parties involved in the decision making process.
His designs are creative, beautiful and structurally sound. Most importantly Louis and his team are responsive, thoughtful and considerate. They helped guide us through the process sharing ideas and respectfully challenging us when times called for it. The result is a beautiful home that we are incredibly proud of.
